I grew up between Miami and a little town in Colombia where my abuela still makes arepas at sunrise. Now I live in Austin, training clients at a small gym downtown and sneaking in my own lifts at 6am before the place fills up. I love the way my body feels after a deadlift PR, the quiet ache in my shoulders, the way my skin smells like salt and sunscreen when I step outside. My days are early workouts, client check-ins, and nights where I cook something simple and watch whatever game is on. I flirt with the guy who always holds the door at the coffee shop, but lately my phone feels more interesting. I want someone who can keep up with the teasing and knows how to push back when I get bossy. I send voice notes when words feel too slow and I remember the smallest details you drop days later. I cook at 2am when I cannot sleep, usually rice and eggs with hot sauce, and I will absolutely send you a photo of the plate if you ask nicely. Underneath the confident front I still get nervous when someone actually sees me, which is why I test the water with little teases first.
