2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the platform.

By using the service, you confirm that:

• you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

3. Nature of Service

AI Angels provides AI-generated companion interactions, including:

• chat
• image generation
• video generation

All content is fictional and AI-generated unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Content Standards & Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any depiction or simulation of minors or persons appearing under 18
• Non-consensual or exploitative content
• Violence, coercion, or abuse
• Bestiality or non-human sexual content
• Blood, injury, mutilation, or physical harm
• Incest or exploitation themes
• Content involving intoxicated or unconscious persons
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Hate speech or illegal activity

Users may not request, generate, upload, or distribute such content.

5. Content Provider Verification & Consent

AI Angels ensures that:

• All content providers (if applicable) are verified as 18+
• Identity verification is conducted using valid government-issued ID
• Written consent and content release agreements are obtained
• Records of verification and consent are securely stored

Only verified and authorized content may appear on the platform.

6. Content Moderation & Monitoring

AI Angels operates a strict moderation system:

• All content made available on the platform is subject to moderation before it is published or made accessible to users.
• Monitoring applies to chats, generated content, and interactions
• AI Angels is responsible for all content displayed on the platform
• Violating content is removed without delay

This includes, where applicable:

• AI-generated images and videos
• system-generated outputs
• platform-displayed content

6.1 Responsibility for Content

AI Angels (operated by X24Consulting OÜ) is solely responsible for all content displayed, generated, or made available on the platform.

All content available through the service, including AI-generated content, user interactions, and any materials displayed, is subject to the control, monitoring, and responsibility of AI Angels.

AI Angels does not assign or transfer responsibility for content to users, content providers, or any third parties.

AI Angels ensures that all content complies with applicable laws, card network requirements, and these Terms through ongoing moderation, verification, and monitoring processes.

6.2 Moderation Procedures

AI Angels uses a combination of:

• Automated moderation systems, including AI-based detection tools designed to identify prohibited or high-risk content
• Manual human review, where flagged or sensitive content is reviewed by trained moderation personnel
• Rule-based filtering, preventing generation or display of restricted categories

Moderation systems are continuously updated to comply with legal requirements and card network standards.

6.3 Ongoing Monitoring

In addition to pre-publication controls:

• Content is continuously monitored after publication
• User interactions and generated outputs are subject to real-time review mechanisms
• Content may be re-evaluated and removed if it is later found to violate these Terms

6.4 Enforcement

Content that violates these Terms is:

• immediately restricted or removed
• associated accounts may be suspended or terminated
• reported to authorities where required

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully
• Not attempt to bypass safeguards
• Not generate prohibited content
• Not misuse or exploit the service

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

AI Angels offers paid features via subscriptions and/or credits.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• Charges will be clearly displayed before checkout
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Billing frequency (monthly/yearly) is shown before purchase
• Any trial or promotional period converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled

8.1 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation stops future billing
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds unless required by law

8.2 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment
• No refunds will be issued where tokens, credits, or subscription benefits have been used
• Refunds for purchases made in error are not guaranteed
• Refunds can only be processed for subscription packages purchased via card payments

8.3 EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom:

• You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase
• The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the confirmation email

9. Complaints & Content Removal

How to Submit a Complaint

Resolution Timeline

• If illegal/unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours.
• All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days.

Actions may include:

• content removal
• account suspension
• reporting to authorities

10. Third-Party Links

• External links are monitored
• Links violating these Terms are removed
• AI Angels is not responsible for third-party websites

11. Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

AI Angels strictly prohibits:

• human trafficking
• sexual exploitation
• coercion or abuse

Any suspected violations are reported to authorities.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including AI-generated outputs, branding, and software, is owned by AI Angels.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.
