How we hire
Three steps, usually done within two weeks. No test tasks. You hear back from a person every time.

Upload your resume and write up to 200 words on how you would help AI Angels grow, or make it better for our users.
- Step 2We reply within 7 days
Every application is read by the team lead for that role. We answer yes or no, never silence.
- Step 3Call and start
A video call with the team about your first 90 days. If it's a fit both ways, you start on contract.

Questions applicants ask
Are all roles remote?
Yes. Every role is 100% remote. We work async in English, with a few overlapping hours for calls.
Which countries can I apply from?
Most roles are for people based in the United States. The Affiliate Manager roles are for people in New York State, in California, or in one of nine countries: India, Italy, Brazil, France, Mexico, Germany, the Philippines, the United Kingdom and Canada.
What do the roles pay?
US roles pay $10,000 to $15,000 a month. The New York and California Affiliate Manager roles pay $15,000 a month, and international Affiliate Manager pay depends on the market, from $2,000 a month in India. Each role page shows its pay.
Is this employment or freelance?
Roles are full-time paid contracts. People who do great work get longer contracts and more scope.
Do I need experience in the adult industry?
No. You need to be 18+ and comfortable with an adult product. Roles that touch adult content say so in the description.
What happens to my application?
It arrives as an email to our hiring address. We use it only to review you for open roles, and we delete it from that mailbox whenever you ask. We do not store your CV anywhere else.
