- Review anonymized chat samples under strict privacy rules: no names, no account data
- Label where conversations break: repetition, lost memory, wrong tone, slow replies
- Write example dialogues that teach characters a better response
- Report the top five issues each week, with examples and impact
What you bring
- Experience in conversation design, QA, data labeling or AI training
- A sharp reader with strong English
- Discretion, and an open mind about adult themes
