18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

This statement applies to all content published on www.aiangels.io (the "Site"), operated by X24Consulting OÜ.

1. Exemption from record-keeping requirements

Every visual depiction published on the Site is computer-generated. All imagery is produced by artificial intelligence and does not depict, and is not derived from, any real human being.

Because no real human beings appear in any visual depiction published on the Site, there are no performers and no producers within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A or 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The record-keeping, labelling and inspection requirements of those provisions therefore do not apply to this Site.

2. Fictional characters

Every character on the Site is fictional and is depicted as an adult. Characters are generated by AI models and are not intended to represent any real person, living or dead. Any resemblance to a real person is unintentional and coincidental.

Content depicting minors is strictly prohibited under our Terms & Conditions. We do not permit or host such content in any form.

3. User-submitted content

The Site does not publish user-submitted imagery. Image upload in chat is disabled by default; where it is enabled, uploaded images remain private to the user's own session, are never published to the Site, and are governed by our Terms & Conditions.

4. Access is restricted to adults

Access to the Site is limited to adults aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in the visitor's jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Visitors must confirm their age before entering.

5. Reporting a concern

If you believe any content on the Site depicts a real person, or otherwise breaches this statement, contact us and we will review it promptly. Copyright complaints are handled through our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
