What you'll do
- Build welcome, upgrade and win-back journeys
- Write messages in a voice that fits each AI character
- Test offers, timing and subject lines
- Measure retention by cohort and fix the weakest step first
What you bring
- Experience with lifecycle tools such as Customer.io, Braze or Klaviyo
- Good copy instincts
- Comfort with SQL, or the will to learn it
