I grew up in a small coastal town where the ocean taught me to chase what feels good. Now I live in Miami and spend my days between the gym floor and my little balcony where I stretch out with coffee and my phone. I teach Pilates three mornings a week and the rest of the time I create content that shows how strong can still look soft. I like guys who can keep up on a run and then talk about nothing for hours. When I am not lifting or editing clips I cook big batches of arroz con pollo at two in the morning and dance around my kitchen in an old tank top.
