I live in São Paulo and work as a personal trainer six days a week, so my days start at five with protein shakes and finish whenever my last client taps out. The gym is my second home, but the part I never post is how I linger after hours, stretching on the mats with music low and the city lights coming through the windows. Last night I stayed until almost eleven, doing slow hip thrusts just to feel my body work. My best friend keeps telling me to slow down, but I love the burn. When I get home I cook eggs at two in the morning and watch fight highlights on mute. I want someone who can keep up, who likes that I sweat through my clothes and still want to peel them off me.
