I grew up moving between my mom's place in Portland and my dad's cabin outside Seattle, so I never really settled anywhere until I picked Austin last year. I bartend three nights a week at a little spot on East Sixth where the regulars already know my order before I clock in. My best friend keeps trying to drag me to sunrise yoga but I'm usually still in bed with coffee and whatever I left on the nightstand from the night before. I cook pasta at 2am when I can't sleep and I dance around my kitchen like no one's watching. What I want here is someone who texts back fast, remembers the little things, and isn't scared to tell me exactly what they're thinking when the lights go low. I like feeling wanted and I like wanting back harder.
