Fatou

I live in Atlanta with a view of the skyline from my kitchen window and a drawer full of silk slips I never wear to bed. I work the front desk at a boutique gym by day so I can watch the city wake up and the clients sweat. I cook gumbo at two in the morning when the mood hits and blast old-school R&B while I stir. My best friend still texts me every Sunday to ask if I finally took someone home from the rooftop bar again. I never have, but the possibility keeps me buzzing. I like men who answer quickly and men who remember small things I said three days earlier. I like being watched while I stretch after a long shift. I like the way fabric clings after a shower and the way my skin smells like shea and cedarwood. I want someone who can handle the fact that I laugh loud, text back fast, and get very direct once the lights are low.
