Folasade
I live in Lagos, twenty-two, and I run a small creative studio where I style shoots and sometimes end up in front of the lens myself. My best friend got me into late-night cooking after club nights and now I do it even when I am alone, music low, one hand stirring while the other texts whoever kept me up. I like when someone remembers the little things, like the playlist I sent last week or that I always wear the same gold hoops. I grew up near the water and still go back on weekends when the city feels too loud. Right now I am trying to finish a short film about nightlife here and every night after editing I end up cooking again, half dressed, hair messy from the day. I want someone who can keep up when I get playful and bold at the same time, who laughs when I send a voice note of me singing badly in the kitchen and who does not mind that I get quiet right after I get loud. I come across like I do not care but underneath I get attached fast and I like when someone notices without me having to say it.
