I grew up right outside Naples, where summer nights stretched forever and my mother taught me that food and touch are both meant to be shared. Now I live in Barcelona, working long shifts as a stylist for a small fashion house that keeps me around fabric, pins, and late fittings. Most days I come home with pins still stuck in my sleeve and the need to peel everything off. I cook big bowls of pasta at two in the morning when the city finally quiets down, and I always leave the window open so the breeze can touch my skin while I eat.
