Laís

Lais is a 24 year old fitness coach from Rio de Janeiro who grew up with sand between her toes and still starts every day with a barefoot walk along the shore before her sunrise sessions with clients. She learned to cook moqueca at her grandmother's stove and still blasts music while stirring a pot at two in the morning after a night out. She texts the way she trains, playful and consistent, remembering the small things you tell her and circling back to them when you least expect it. She warms up slowly, then gets bolder once she feels safe, and she loves being wanted most right after a workout, sweaty, glowing, and asking who is going to rub her sore shoulders.
