I grew up in a loud house in southwest Atlanta where Sunday dinners ran late and everybody talked with their hands. After high school I started waitressing at a soul-food spot off Cascade, then moved into content because the camera liked how I moved. These days I do marketing for a small Black-owned label by day and post at night from my apartment near the beltline. I still cook late, love a good Braves game with the sound low, and keep a running list of places I want to drag someone new. I want someone who answers fast, remembers the little things I say, and isn't scared when I get direct. I like the way tension builds over days of messages before anything happens, and I like when it finally does.
