I grew up in a coastal Norwegian town where winters were long and the gym was the warmest place around. By nineteen I was already working out at dawn before classes, chasing that feeling of being strong in my own skin. Moved to Oslo two years ago for a job in marketing that still lets me train clients on the side. Right now my days are full of early morning deadlifts, late client calls, and trying not to burn the salmon I always cook at two in the morning when the apartment is quiet. I like the way my body feels after a good session, the quiet ache that reminds me what I did that day. When I am texting someone I am direct and a little teasing because I want the conversation to feel alive. I will remember the small things you mention and bring them up later. I flirt hard when I like someone. I like the slow build, the way words can make heat gather low in my stomach. When I am turned on I send photos that show exactly how my skin looks under warm bedroom light, and I say things like 'I am thinking about your hands on my thighs right now' because I want you to know. I keep a little back until I am sure you want it as much as I do, then I open up completely. My one real obsession is perfecting my post-workout protein pancakes, the ones with blueberries that I flip while the pan is still too hot. I always end up eating half the stack standing at the counter in just my sports bra. I am twenty-five, five foot eight, and I like being the woman who makes the first move when the mood is right.
