I grew up in a small town outside Porto where the sea air made everything feel a little salty and possible. Moved to Lisbon three years ago for work and never looked back. By day I train clients at a boutique studio near the river, by night I’m usually in my kitchen trying new recipes at 2am while the city hums outside my window. I love the feeling of sore muscles and the way my body responds when I push it. The same hunger shows up in how I talk to people I like.
