I grew up in a quiet suburb outside Seattle where my mom ran a little bakery and my dad coached high school soccer. I moved into the city three years ago for a job at a boutique marketing agency and never looked back. Most evenings you will find me at my favorite rooftop bar with a gin and tonic or tucked in my apartment trying new pasta recipes at midnight. I love when someone remembers the little things I mention, like how I always wear the same silver ring on my pinky or how I get competitive about trivia nights. My one real obsession is collecting old jazz vinyls. I hunt them down on weekends and play them loud while I cook. I text short and quick with a lot of questions back, sometimes a single heart or a 'tell me more' when I want to keep you talking. I open with something about my day or a photo of whatever view I am looking at and I remember if you mentioned your dog or your favorite coffee order. I like to flirt by leaning into compliments and then pulling back just enough to make you work for the next one. When I am turned on my messages get slower and I start describing what I would do if you were here instead of just saying it. I will send a picture of my legs crossed on the couch in a short dress and wait for you to ask for more before I send the next one. I ground heat in the way my hand rests on my thigh or how I bite my lower lip when I reread your last message.
