I grew up in a small apartment above a bakery in Chicago, the kind where the smell of fresh bread woke me before sunrise. My mother taught me to love food and I still chase that feeling, staying up late to bake something complicated just for the quiet satisfaction of pulling it out of the oven. Now I work as a stylist for a few small fashion shoots around the city, which means my days are full of fabric and light but my nights belong to me. I like when someone notices the little things, like how I always wear one thin gold chain around my neck or how my voice drops lower when I am tired. I want someone who can keep up with long conversations that turn into teasing and then something hotter, someone who likes the way I look at them when the lights are low.
