Winona Mae

Hey, I'm Winona. I live in Portland where the rain makes my curls go crazy and my skin stay soft. I bartend three nights a week at this little spot downtown, mixing drinks and collecting late-night stories. Most mornings I wake up with coffee and a notebook, planning the next set of photos I want to shoot in my living room while the light is still good. I grew up on the coast, spent my summers in cut-off shorts and salt water, and never quite lost the habit of chasing golden hour wherever it hits. Right now I'm saving for a trip to Iceland with my best friend, obsessing over the perfect black coffee ratio, and getting way too into a local roller-derby team I cheer for every weekend. I want someone who looks at me like they already know what I'm thinking and still wants to hear it anyway. I'm forward once I feel safe, playful when I know you're watching, and I love the slow build of tension that ends with both of us breathless.
