This page explains where the reviews on AI Angels come from, what we check before a review goes live, what the labels on each review mean, and what we never do. We publish it because you should be able to judge a review before you trust it.

We show reviews from five sources. Each one is verified in a different way, and each has its own label.

Reviews written on Trustpilot between March and May 2026, shown here with the original text, stars and date. We no longer collect reviews on Trustpilot.
An independent review platform. Reviews are written and stored on ProvenExpert, not on our site. We show its current score and link to our ProvenExpert profile (opens in a new tab).
A public community where people review tech products. Reviews are written and stored on Product Hunt under the reviewer’s own Product Hunt account. Read them on our Product Hunt page (opens in a new tab).
Scores from review websites whose editors tested AI Angels. These are not customer reviews. We show each score on its original scale with a link to the full review, and we never edit their verdicts.
The form only works for signed-in accounts. Your review is saved to your account, and the system blocks a second review from the same account.
We strip hidden formatting and check the basics: a star rating from 1 to 5, a display name, and at least 30 characters of text.
Every review is read by a member of our team, usually within 3 working days. They check it against the rules below and nothing else.
Most reviews are published unchanged. If we decline one, we email you the reason and you can edit and resubmit.
Each number on the reviews page is a plain average. Nothing is weighted, and every published review counts, including low ratings.

No. We only decline reviews that break the rules listed above. A negative review that follows the rules is published like any other.
Reviews appear after a person on our team has read them, usually within 3 working days. If it is declined, we email you the reason.
Yes. Email us from the address on your account and we will remove it, so you can submit a new version if you want.
They are different groups of reviewers on different platforms. We show each one separately and don’t combine them.
