AcmeJoy Review (2026): Budget Strokers, Torsos and Dolls

Quick verdict: This AcmeJoy review finds a budget US-facing toy store built around automatic strokers, realistic butts and torsos, with dildos, anal toys and vibrators alongside. Prices are low, delivery covers the US, Canada and Australia, and unopened items can go back within 180 days. Once you open a box, though, it is yours unless it is faulty.

The catalogue leans male. When we checked in October 2026, best sellers included multi-function thrusting and suction strokers in the $50 to $80 range, TPE realistic butts and torsos from about $65 to $140, larger interactive torsos near $400 and full-size TPE dolls around $500 to $600. AcmeJoy also sells a collaboration stroker with Bestvibe, which suggests the two stores are closely linked.

The menu splits into automatic strokers, realistic strokers, sex dolls and torsos, realistic butts, life-sized dolls, dildos, anal toys, vibrators and essentials such as lube. Product titles are long and spec-heavy, listing weight, number of thrusting, vibration and suction modes, heating and waterproofing, which helps when comparing. Several newer items add app or remote control. Many realistic butts and torsos are themed with role names such as nurse or maid.

A VIP and rewards program gives points on purchases that can be swapped for discounts, and the store invites buyers to apply for toy evaluations.

Free shipping applies above a minimum order value. Carriers include USPS, UPS and YANWEN, with YANWEN parcels handed to USPS or OnTrac for final delivery. Stated delivery windows are 3 to 5 days for USPS, 3 to 7 days for UPS and 5 to 15 days for YANWEN. In-stock orders ship within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. AcmeJoy keeps warehouses in China, Canada and Australia and ships to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.

Returns are for unopened, intact packaging only: email photos of the sealed box within 180 days of purchase, then ship it back at your own cost to a California returns address. There is no processing fee on orders under $500. Defective items reported within 180 days get a fix. Life-size dolls over $500 follow a separate after-sales policy, so ask before you buy one.

Parcels ship in a plain box or bag, and neither the AcmeJoy name nor its logo appears on the outside. To cancel for free you must email support within 12 hours of ordering, because most orders ship the same day; refunds then take three to seven business days. Returned parcels can take three to four weeks to process. If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, you must report it within 72 hours.

Life-size dolls have tighter rules: they ship from the US warehouse only, usually by FedEx within two business days, and cannot go to Australia or Canada. Returns must be started within seven days, the box must be unopened, and a 20% restocking fee plus both shipping legs are deducted. Record an unboxing video if the outer packaging looks damaged.

Before reporting a powered toy as faulty, AcmeJoy asks you to charge it fully, hold the power button for three to five seconds and check the remote battery. Its products must not be used while charging. Note that the FAQ mentions a 120-day money-back guarantee while the refund page says 180 days, so confirm with support.

AcmeJoy is a decent pick for buyers who want a feature-packed automatic stroker or a realistic butt without paying premium-brand prices. The 180-day window is generous, but only for sealed boxes. AcmeJoy appears to be a legitimate store with published shipping, refund and FAQ pages and a US returns address. Read product specs carefully, since opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Clean toys with water-based products as directed, and use only water-based lube on TPE. Keep order emails in case you need to claim a defect within 180 days.
