Sex Toy Shops reviews
Sex toy shops range from long-running general stores to official brand stores selling their own products. Our reviews cover Adam & Eve, Bestvibe and AcmeJoy as multi-product stores, plus the brand stores of Fleshlight, Tenga, Lovense, Kiiroo and The Handy Feeling.
Each review explains what the shop sells, how shipping, returns and warranties work, whether an app is involved and who it suits. Reviews are editorial, based on public information and dated.
Editorial reviews of sex toy shops by the AI Angels editorial team, written from publicly available information and dated. We do not score or rank sites and nobody paid to be listed. Each review covers pricing, pros and cons, safety and who the site suits. If you would rather chat than browse, see AI Angels.
How to choose sex toy shops
- Decide between manual toys (Fleshlight, Tenga) and app-connected or automatic devices (Lovense, Kiiroo, The Handy Feeling).
- Check the return policy before you buy: most shops only take back unopened items, while Adam & Eve accepts returns within 90 days for any reason, with return postage paid by you.
- Compare warranties: Lovense and The Handy Feeling list one year, Adam & Eve lists five years on its own-label toys, and Fleshlight offers a 90-day defect guarantee.
- If you want long-distance or partner-controlled play, or sync with video and VR, look at the app-based brands and their free apps.
- Buy brand-name toys from the official store or a listed retailer; Tenga has warned about fake stores using its name.
- Check shipping countries: AcmeJoy, for example, ships to the US, Canada and Australia.
