What The Enhanced Male is
Quick verdict: This The Enhanced Male review looks at a US online store that specialises in sex toys and enhancement gear for men: penis pumps, sleeves, extenders, masturbators and delay products. It ships discreetly, carries well-known brands and backs its catalogue with a large knowledge centre of guides and video reviews. Returns are only easy for unopened items.
The Enhanced Male describes itself as the world's largest online sex toy store for men and the largest men's sexual health and wellness website, a claim we cannot verify but which reflects how narrowly it focuses on male products. The banner says more than 100,000 men have shopped privately with it. It also states that it is an authorised Fleshlight retailer.
The store ships from the USA, promotes discreet shipping and billing, and offers a chat with what it calls trusted experts if you are unsure what to buy.

What The Enhanced Male sells
- Penis pumps: manual and electric vacuum pumps, with cylinders, sleeves and accessories.
- Extension sleeves and cock sheaths: a wide range of shapes, sizes, colours and materials.
- Penis extenders: traction devices sold for length; treat size claims with caution.
- Enhancement sprays, creams and pills: delay and numbing products aimed at premature ejaculation, plus products marketed for erections.
- Male masturbators: strokers in many materials, including Fleshlight as an authorised retailer.
- Cock rings, vibrating cock rings and other sex toys for men.
Several categories make health or size claims. These are the sellers' and manufacturers' claims, not medical advice, and anyone with erection problems, heart conditions or on medication should talk to a doctor before using pumps, extenders or supplements.
The Enhanced Male knowledge centre
The store's biggest differentiator is its blog, the Knowledge Center. It is sorted into sex toys, sexual health, sex and masturbation, erectile dysfunction, buying guides and penis enhancement, and includes long buyer's guides such as best penis pumps lists, pump sizing guides that explain how to measure length and girth, and video product reviews. The guides are written by the store, which sells the products it reviews, so read them as informed buying advice rather than independent testing.
The Enhanced Male shipping, billing and returns
Orders ship discreetly from the US. For the contiguous United States, standard USPS shipping is a flat $7.99, free on orders of $59 or more after coupons, and Priority Mail is $12.99 for three to five days. Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses and US territories have a higher free-shipping threshold of $75, with flat rates of $10.99 standard or $19.99 Priority. International orders cost $45 standard or $65 Priority, and the buyer is responsible for customs rules.
The return policy is stricter than the "30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed" banner suggests. Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange or store credit. Opened or used items are generally refused for health reasons and reviewed case by case. Approved returns after 30 days carry a 20% restocking fee. Returns for store credit or exchange get free return shipping; for a cash refund, the cost of a prepaid label is deducted unless you ship it yourself.
The Enhanced Male customer support
Support runs through a contact form, email and Facebook messages. The store says emails are typically answered within 24 hours and asks customers to add its address to their contacts so replies are not lost in spam. There is also a short FAQ, an explanation of how it tests and reviews products, and an affiliate programme.
The Enhanced Male alternatives
If you would rather buy direct from a brand, other shops on our list are worth comparing. Our BathMate Direct review covers the official Bathmate pump store with a 60-day money-back guarantee, the Fleshlight review looks at the best-known stroker brand, and the Adam & Eve Store review covers a large general sex toy retailer.
Our take on The Enhanced Male
The Enhanced Male is a useful specialist for men's toys and enhancement gear, with a deep pump and sleeve range, discreet US shipping and genuinely detailed guides. The weak points are a return policy that mostly covers unopened products and marketing that leans on size and performance claims. Read the guides, measure before you buy, and be sceptical of anything promising permanent results. Is The Enhanced Male safe?
As a retailer, The Enhanced Male is a safe place to shop, with discreet packaging and billing and authorised-brand stock. Product safety is the bigger question. Measure carefully for pumps and sleeves, start slowly, stop if something hurts, and be cautious with pills and creams sold for erections or size. If you have heart problems, take medication or have an erection issue, speak to a doctor before using enhancement products.
