What SVAKOM is
Quick verdict: This SVAKOM review covers the official store of a brand known for app-controlled and interactive toys at mid-range prices. It offers free shipping, a two-year replacement warranty and some of the most detailed discreet billing information we have seen. The catch is the usual hygiene rule: only unopened items can be returned, and return postage is on you.
According to its about page, SVAKOM was founded in the USA in 2012 by David Yu, with the aim of making high-quality, affordable toys; the name means to everyone in several Slavic languages. Its first notable product was Siime Eye, which it calls the world's first vibrator with an internal camera, followed by an App-Controlled Series for partners, digital content and online audiences.
The menu covers Female, Male and Couples toys, App Toys, Interactive Toys, Remote-control Toys, vibrators, masturbators, anal and perineum toys, plus Sustainability, Brand, Blog and FAQ pages. The homepage advertises 5 million happy customers.

SVAKOM toys: what the range covers
For women the range includes KLITTY, a triple-action tongue licking and suction vibrator, the DUOGLOW thrusting beaded vibrator, ERICA and ERICA PLUS wearable vibrators, the MARGOT dual-motor G-spot vibrator, SELENA with heating and thrusting, PLUME bullet vibrator, CICI 2 and the AVERY rabbit. BRACELETA is a piece of wearable pleasure jewellery.
For men there are SAM NEO 2 PRO and ALEX NEO 2 interactive masturbators, the HEDY X strokers, and the IKER NEO and VICK NEO 2 prostate vibrators, plus Kaotik Labs thrusting masturbators. When we checked, most full-price toys sat between about $50 and $200, with cleaner and lube under $20 and many items on sale.
SVAKOM app control and FeelMe AI sync
Many SVAKOM toys pair with an app for remote control, so a partner can take over from another room or another country. The homepage also promotes a partnership with FeelMe AI, which it says turns compatible content into a synchronised experience for the ALEX NEO 2 and SAM NEO 2 PRO masturbators. As with any connected toy, check which models and content work together before you buy, because sync features usually cover specific devices only.
SVAKOM discreet shipping and billing
SVAKOM's discreet shipping page is unusually specific. Orders arrive either in a plain, unmarked USPS Priority box or a plain envelope with a generic marketplace logo. The shipping label comes from UC Customer Service and does not mention SVAKOM or the product. Your bank statement shows UC Customer Service too, with a phone number that reaches SVAKOM support. Customs documents for international orders list UC Fulfillment. The store can ship to PO Boxes, UPS Stores and FedEx pickup points.
SVAKOM warranty and returns
All SVAKOM electronic products have a two-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, and since May 2022 you do not have to register first to claim, though you still need the invoice and the serial number from the packaging. Misuse is excluded, including non-water-based lubes, incorrect cleaning, submerging non-waterproof toys and opening the device. Sleeves and cables are not covered, and only purchases from svakom.com or official retailers qualify. After two years, a 10-year quality support scheme gives a 50% discount on a replacement purchase.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase, but only for unopened items in original packaging. There are no exchanges, return postage is yours, items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, and refunds take about 7 to 10 business days after the parcel arrives.

Our take on SVAKOM
SVAKOM is a strong middle option: more features than budget brands, lower prices than luxury ones, two years of warranty and very careful billing privacy. Check device compatibility before buying for app or sync features, and do not open a toy you might want to return. If what you are after is someone who answers rather than another device, a private companion on AI Angels talks back at any hour, with nothing to ship.
| Feature | Toys for women and couples | Toys for men |
|---|---|---|
| Price | About $50 to $120 when checked | About $50 to $200 when checked |
| Control | Buttons; many with app | App and FeelMe AI sync on some |
| Examples | KLITTY, ERICA, MARGOT, SELENA, PLUME | SAM NEO 2 PRO, ALEX NEO 2, IKER NEO, HEDY X |
| Warranty | Two years, replacement | Two years, replacement |
Is SVAKOM safe?
SVAKOM is an established brand with clear warranty, return and shipping pages, and its billing practice is designed for privacy: neither your parcel nor your statement names the brand. Buy only from svakom.com or official retailers so the warranty applies. For app-controlled models, keep the app updated, review permissions and share control only with people you trust. Use water-based lube, since other types are listed as misuse that voids the warranty.

SVAKOM FAQ
Is SVAKOM free?
No, SVAKOM is a paid sex toy store. You can browse the range, read the blog and use the FAQ for free, and the homepage advertises free shipping. The companion app features for app-controlled toys come with the toy. Expect sale prices on many items and a first-order discount offer when you visit.
Is SVAKOM safe and legit?
Yes, SVAKOM is an established brand founded in 2012 that sells direct and through official retailers, with a two-year replacement warranty and published return rules. Its billing shows UC Customer Service rather than the brand name. Buy from svakom.com or an official retailer, since warranty cover does not apply to unauthorised sellers.
How much does SVAKOM cost?
SVAKOM sits in the mid-range. When we checked in October 2026, most full-price toys were listed between about $50 and $200, with interactive masturbators at the top, and cleaner and lube under $20. Many items showed sale prices, so compare the final checkout total rather than the crossed-out price.
Can I return a SVAKOM toy?
Only if it is unopened. SVAKOM accepts returns within 60 days of purchase for items in original, sealed packaging, with return postage paid by you and no exchanges. Final Sale items cannot be returned. Opened toys with a fault are handled under the two-year replacement warranty instead.
How does SVAKOM bill and ship discreetly?
SVAKOM ships in a plain unmarked box or envelope with a label from UC Customer Service, and your card statement shows UC Customer Service as well. International customs papers list UC Fulfillment. Nothing on the outside names SVAKOM or the product, and you can ship to PO Boxes or pickup points.
What does the SVAKOM warranty cover?
SVAKOM covers manufacturing defects on electronic toys for two years with a free replacement, and registration is not required to claim. You need the invoice and serial number. Misuse, wrong lube, bad cleaning and opening the toy are excluded. After two years, a quality support scheme offers half off a replacement.
What are the best SVAKOM alternatives?
The best SVAKOM alternatives depend on what you want. Lovense leads on long-distance app control, Kiiroo and The Handy focus on strokers that sync with video, Lelo is the luxury option and Tracy's Dog the budget one. Each has its own review on this site, so compare warranty and return terms first.
