The 30-second answer
AI Angels has a public profile on ProvenExpert, an independent review platform run out of Berlin. As of 22 September 2026 the profile shows 4.19 out of 5 from eight ratings, six of them with written comments, and a 100 percent recommendation rate. Two reviewers gave five stars, four gave four stars, two gave three stars, and nobody gave one or two. You can read the originals on our ProvenExpert profile, and you can add your own there in about two minutes.
Why we put reviews somewhere we cannot edit
Every companion app says its users love it. That claim is worth very little when the company hosts the reviews, picks the quotes, and writes the summary above them. So we opened a profile on a platform that does that job for us.
ProvenExpert works like this. A member scores us on fixed criteria, adds a written comment if they want to, and chooses whether to show their name. ProvenExpert then publishes the rating on its own domain. We can reply to a review, and we can ask ProvenExpert to assess one that breaks their guidelines, but we cannot change a score, rewrite a sentence, or remove something because it stings.
We also keep a reviews page on this site. It shows 4.8 out of 5 from 13 published reviews by verified account holders, plus a separate line for seven independent editorial reviews that currently average 3.9 out of 5. The ProvenExpert profile is the third source, and it is the only one where a stranger can leave a public score without going through us at all.
What the 4.19 is made of
ProvenExpert asks every reviewer to score six criteria. Here is where AI Angels stands on each, averaged across all eight ratings, with the numbers taken from the profile on 22 September 2026.
| Criterion | Average |
|---|---|
| Quality | 4.57 |
| Value | 4.41 |
| Services | 4.28 |
| Customer service | 4.05 |
| Consulting | 3.89 |
| Implementation | 3.79 |
The price to quality ratio sits at 3.63, which ProvenExpert labels "Good".
An honest reading of that table: the criteria people actually experience, Quality and Value, are the strongest. Consulting and Implementation are the weakest, and they are also the least meaningful for a consumer app. ProvenExpert applies the same six criteria to every listing in its IT services category, so a solo user rating a chat app gets asked about "implementation" and "consulting" as if they had hired an agency. One reviewer gave us 5 on Quality, Value and Services and 1 on Implementation and Consulting in the same review, which is what happens when the question does not fit the product. We are not going to argue with that score. It is on the profile and it counts.
The eight reviews, as they appear
Below is every review on the profile as of 22 September 2026. Quotes are copied as written. Names are shown as first name and last initial. Three reviewers chose to stay anonymous on ProvenExpert, and they stay anonymous here too.

3.40 out of 5, 22 September 2026, Gary A. Rating only, no written comment. Scores of 3 and 4 across the criteria.
5.00 out of 5, 21 September 2026, anonymous Rating only, no written comment. Straight 5s on every criterion.
What we take from it
Three things come up more than once: the visuals, the variety of companions, and conversations that feel natural even when you know you are talking to a model. Those match what people tell us in support, so they are probably real strengths and not a lucky sample.
Two things we are watching. First, the sample is small and young. All eight ratings arrived on 21 and 22 September 2026, so the average will move as more people rate us, and we would rather publish a moving number than hide it. Second, the price to quality score is the lowest figure on the profile. If you think the plans are priced wrong, the review form is the right place to say so, because more people will read it there than in our support inbox.
How to leave a review, and what happens after
- Open the AI Angels profile on ProvenExpert and choose "Submit a review".
- Score the six criteria, write as much or as little as you like, and decide whether to show your name.
- ProvenExpert publishes it on its own domain. We can reply publicly, and we will, but we cannot edit what you wrote.
If you would prefer to review us here, the reviews page takes reviews from verified account holders. If you have not tried AI Angels yet, the companion roster is the place to start, and this post will still be here when you have an opinion.
