How does AI Angels work? A step-by-step guide

Open any character and type. In AI Angels guest mode you can send up to 10 messages a day without an account (the allowance is shared across all characters and resets at midnight UTC), and your conversation is saved in your browser.

When you want more, sign up with an email one-time code, Google or Discord.

AI Angels memory only works when you are signed in. In numbers: the last 50 messages of the conversation, plus up to 30 facts she has saved about you, go into each reply, and up to 500 facts can be stored. For the detail, see how her memory works.

When you are ready, start chatting with a character.

Characters are grouped by look and type, for example blonde, brunette, redhead, Asian, Latina, curvy, athletic or MILF, and you can browse all characters through those categories.

The FREE badge decides how many AI Angels free messages you get. A free account has no daily message cap. Messages to a character with the FREE badge are unlimited and cost no credits (fair use applies); messages to other characters cost 1 credit each.

She replies in the language you write in. The app interface itself is in English.

The green phone icon on a card marks the characters that take live voice calls and send voice notes. Step 4 covers both.

Credits pay for photos, voice notes, live voice calls and videos. Besides the free credits you collect on a free account, you can buy one-time credit packs of 500, 1,500, 3,000 or 6,000 credits, and the paid plans add credits every month (Step 6). Packs and plans are both bought on the pricing page, which shows current plan and credit pack prices.

The table below lists what each action costs, and how far the Private plan's monthly 1,200 credits go.

Photos: ask for one in chat. AI Angels photos arrive blurred until you unlock them with credits. Photos you request use credits on every tier, including on a plan.

Voice notes are sent only by characters with the green phone icon on their card.

An AI Angels voice call needs you to be signed in, and only characters showing the green phone icon take calls. There are no free call seconds on any tier. Calls are voice-only, so you are talking, not watching. For the detail, see live voice calls on AI Angels.

Video in chat is limited: some characters have ready-made clips they can send. New videos are made in the character creation studio, at the video cost shown in the table above.

At the character creation studio you build your own character. You choose age, body, eyes, hair, origin, outfit or scene, style, action, personality archetype, intimacy level, texting style, interests, traits and occupation. Each paid generation costs 10 credits, and unlocking a permanent character slot costs 100 credits.

There are two plans. Private includes 1,200 credits a month, and All Yours includes 3,600 credits a month.

On a plan, messages are unlimited on every character (fair use applies). Photos, voice notes, calls and videos are still paid from your AI Angels credits, which the plan tops up.
