LoyalFans Review (2026): Fan Clubs, Pay-Per-Item and Live Calls

Quick verdict: Our LoyalFans review lands here: one of the most flexible fan platforms, because you can buy a single item without subscribing. Details from its own pages: creators keep 80% of earnings, payouts run twice a month, and a lifetime referral program pays 5% for referred creators and fans.

LoyalFans describes itself as an all-inclusive fan club platform connecting artists, entertainers, musicians, writers and influencers with their fans. In practice it is best known as an adult creator platform similar to OnlyFans. The company says it is privately held and built on over 35 years of owner experience in the adult industry.

Fans can follow, subscribe or pay per item to access photos, videos, audio recordings and blog posts. Signing in works with email, X or Google.

A fan account is free (checked October 2026), and following a creator costs nothing. Content is unlocked in two ways: a monthly subscription to a creator's feed, or buying individual items. Third-party reviews describe an on-site coin currency for single purchases and report that live calls are charged per minute, with every price set by the creator. Billing runs through LoyalBills or Epoch. Because prices vary so much between creators, we do not quote typical amounts.

• Creators directory with top and newest creators
• Subscriber feeds plus pay-per-item photos, videos and audio
• Direct messages and comments
• Live shows and paid audio and video calls
• Shout-outs and a blog
• Lifetime referral program paying 5% for referred creators and fans

LoyalFans' payout page (checked October 2026) says creators keep 80% of earnings from live streaming, subscriptions, video store sales and messaging. Payouts run twice a month, for the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to month end, within seven working days of each period, once a minimum threshold is reached; balances below it roll over. Payout methods listed are ACH, wire transfer, SEPA and Paxum. Setting up a fansite is free.

For fans, sign-in by email, X or Google is offered, and the cookie banner lets you accept only necessary cookies. The footer links to an acceptable-use policy, an anti-trafficking policy, a complaints policy, content removal and a US Take It Down Act compliance page. Against Fansly and Fanvue, LoyalFans stands out for its store-style single purchases and its public creator directory.

If you want to judge creators before paying, our LoverFans review covers a platform with free sample tabs. For calls and texting with creators, the Xpanded review and the TalkToMe review explain two phone-first services that bill per minute.

LoyalFans' flexibility is its selling point: you are not forced into a subscription to buy one clip, and the creator directory makes it easier to discover people than on platforms that hide everything behind search. Reviewers single it out as especially strong for niche and fetish creators. The flip side is that costs come from many directions at once. If you mainly want ongoing, personal conversation rather than buying content, an AI companion on AI Angels is a simpler flat-price option.

LoyalFans uses an 18+ age gate, offers a necessary-cookies-only choice and publishes an acceptable use policy, anti-trafficking and complaints policies, a content removal route and a Take It Down Act compliance policy. Billing is handled through named processors (LoyalBills and Epoch) with their own support pages, which helps if you need to query a charge. Your main job is budgeting: subscriptions renew, and pay-per-item purchases and per-minute calls are easy to stack up.
