What Fanvue is
This Fanvue review answers the main question first: a fan account is free, and you pay each creator for a monthly subscription plus any paywalled posts. Quick verdict: it is run by Shift Holdings Ltd in London, it markets itself as an AI monetisation platform with AI voice calls and notes, and discovery for adult content is weak, so most fans arrive through a creator's link.
Fanvue is a creator subscription platform in the same mould as OnlyFans. Creators post to a feed, charge a monthly subscription, sell paywalled posts and message fans directly. Reviews say it was founded in 2020, and it is run by Shift Holdings Ltd from London.
The homepage targets creators of every kind, from athletes to musicians, and calls Fanvue “the No1 AI monetisation platform for creators”. Adult creators are a big part of the platform, but you would not know it from the front page.

Our take on Fanvue
Fanvue is a solid choice when you already know the creator you want: the checkout is straightforward and the platform is clearly well funded. As a place to discover adult content it is frustrating, with featured mainstream creators up front and little filtering. Its AI push is interesting, but if what you really want is an always-available, personal NSFW conversation, an AI companion on AI Angels does that directly, without one subscription per person.
Is Fanvue safe?
Fanvue is an established company with clear legal details, and payments run through the platform. The practical risk is spending: subscriptions, tips and pay-per-view posts add up across creators. Set a monthly budget, review active subscriptions regularly and cancel the ones you do not use. Never pay a creator outside the platform.

Fanvue FAQ
Is Fanvue free?
Creating a fan account is free. Subscriptions to creators are paid monthly, and paywalled posts, tips and extras such as AI voice notes cost more, at prices each creator sets. Once you follow creators, reviews say you also get a scrolling feed of free video snippets, which helps you decide whether to subscribe.
Is Fanvue safe and legit?
Yes. It is a legitimate creator platform run by Shift Holdings Ltd, a London company, and reviews date it to 2020. Payments are handled on the platform, which keeps your card details away from individual creators. Never pay a creator off-site, and keep an eye on how many monthly subscriptions you are running.
How much does Fanvue cost?
There is no single Fanvue price. Each creator sets a monthly subscription that covers her feed and DMs, and paywalled posts, tips and AI features are priced separately. Your total depends on how many creators you follow, so it helps to list your active subscriptions and their renewal dates.
How do I cancel Fanvue?
Cancel each creator subscription from your account, in the subscriptions area or on the creator's profile, before the next monthly renewal. Turning off one creator does not affect the others. If you no longer want the platform at all, cancel every subscription first and then contact support to close your account.
Is Fanvue like OnlyFans?
Yes, it works the same way: subscriptions, paywalled posts and DMs, with extra AI tools for creators.
What are Fanvue AI voice calls?
A creator tool that lets fans have AI-powered voice conversations in the creator's style, announced on the homepage as a new feature.
What are the best Fanvue alternatives?
The closest sites like Fanvue are Fansly, known for tiered subscriptions, LoyalFans, which adds live calls, and FanCentro, which sells access to creators' private social accounts. MYM is a strong European option and Slushy has a discovery feed. If you mostly want to chat, SextPanther sells texting and calls with creators.
