SEDOLL Review (2026): Factory-Direct TPE & Silicone Dolls

Quick verdict: This SEDOLL review looks at a doll factory selling direct rather than a reseller. SEDOLL makes TPE and silicone dolls and torsos, ships them free and discreetly worldwide, and offers deep customization. Made-to-order dolls take about two to three weeks, and orders essentially cannot be cancelled once processing starts, so plan before you pay.

SEDOLL's about page says the brand was founded in 2016, has business offices in America and China, and keeps warehouses in the US and the EU. It grew on TPE dolls, became known for fantasy elf designs from 2019, launched a Silicone Pro series in October 2023 and exhibited at the AVN Expo in January 2024. The same dolls are also sold through resellers such as Rosemary Doll.

When we checked in October 2026, SEDOLL's collections counted 271 TPE dolls, 117 silicone dolls, 20 silicone torsos, 26 elf dolls and a robot-doll line called SE X-BOT. Product names give the head code, height, cup size and material. New silicone torsos were listed from the low thousands of US dollars, and a full-size silicone body with realistic skin texture cost more. The blog announces new heads, bodies and options most weeks.

Custom options are the brand's strength. Recent additions include a lightweight STPE body option with an internal foam structure that cuts weight, a loose joint system for easier posing, longer-leg torso bodies and new silicone heads. The Silicone Pro line includes a realistic oral structure option the brand calls ROS.

Shipping is free worldwide by air via FedEx, DHL or UPS. Made-to-order dolls arrive in an average of two to three weeks, with delays around Chinese Spring Festival and Chinese National Day. The box is plain, with no logos, and the doll is labelled as a mannequin. SEDOLL does not ship to India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Brazil, much of Africa or several Muslim-majority countries.

The cancellation rule is strict. Processing starts as soon as you confirm the order details, and because each doll is built to your specification, the order cannot be cancelled or changed without a fee once that happens. The fee depends on how far production has gone. Before processing begins you can change or cancel at no cost, and after shipping any change falls under the return and exchange policy.

The payment page lists PayPal with Pay Later offers, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB cards, bank transfer or PayPal invoice by email, Afterpay or Clearpay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Customer service is by email, with a phone and WeChat line, and the site also runs an anti-fake page, a factory photo database and a list of authorized resellers.

If you want several factories in one cart, our Rosemary Doll review covers a reseller that stocks SEDOLL alongside WM, Zelex and Irontech. For US stock and a short return window, see the BestRealDoll review, and the Tantaly review covers lighter torso dolls from a US brand.

SEDOLL is a good fit for buyers who already know what they want and like the idea of buying from the factory, with photo databases, anti-fake checks and plenty of options. The trade-off is commitment: once your order is processing, backing out costs money. If you want company more than a collectible, a chat with an AI companion on AI Angels is instant and costs a fraction of a doll.

SEDOLL is an established doll maker with published shipping, payment and after-sales pages, an anti-fake page and authorized resellers. The practical risk is commitment: confirm every option before you approve the order, because a cancellation fee applies once processing begins. Pay with a method that offers buyer protection, keep all photos and emails, and inspect the doll on arrival.
