Sexy Talk TV Review (2026): Random Adult Video Chat With Coins

Quick verdict: This Sexy Talk TV review finds a modern take on Chatroulette built for adults. You turn on your camera, pick who you want to meet and get matched one-on-one in seconds. A free trial needs no sign-up; after that, filters, tips and extras are paid in coins.

Sexy Talk TV, at sexytalk.tv, describes itself as a random video chat for meeting women using chatroulette technology, with HD one-on-one video, audio and private texts. The homepage claims 350 million chats a month, users in 200 countries and nine million happy users. Those are the site's own figures, and we could not verify them.

The site says it allows only verified users and uses algorithms, moderators and a support team to keep out spam, bots and rule-breakers. Its FAQ also says you can pause your camera or disconnect at any time, and that you can mute or report someone and move on.

You can start without registering, and the trial drops some free coins into your wallet. A fully random match with no gender preference is free; choosing to match only with women costs a few coins per search. Tips, unlocking creator content and longer sessions also use coins.

Published reviews report coin packs starting at a small amount for a few hundred coins, with bigger bundles discounted, plus a few free coins as a daily login bonus. Buying a large total of coins makes you a VIP, which adds a badge, a country search filter, unlimited messages and the option to hide your online status. Check current bundles inside the app, since packs and bonuses change.

• One-tap random video matching with a Next button
• Gender preference filter, plus age range and language preferences
• Automatic translation in text chat
• Missed matches can still message you, so you can reconnect later
• Discover page with live, multi-viewer cam shows
• Follow button and paid photo and video sets from creators

Beyond random matching, the Discover page lists live broadcasts that several viewers can watch at once, similar to a regular cam site, with viewer counts on each thumbnail. The homepage's Trending Now list showed rooms with a few dozen viewers each when we checked. Free rooms are meant to lead you to paid private time, and tipping uses the same coins as everything else.

Random video chat is a crowded niche. Our CooMeet review covers a long-running minute-based rival, the LuckyCrush review looks at a site that pairs men with women, and if you would rather watch a full cam show, the Stripchat review covers a large token cam site.

Sexy Talk TV is one of the slicker random chat sites, and adding live rooms and creator content makes it more than a roulette wheel. The trade-off is that almost every useful control, from the gender filter to tipping, costs coins. If you want an ongoing connection rather than a new stranger every minute, an AI companion on AI Angels remembers you between chats.

Sexy Talk TV says it verifies users and moderates chats, and it gives you skip, mute and report controls. Treat any random chat with care: keep your face off camera until you are comfortable, never share your name, workplace or social accounts, and remember the other person could record their screen. Buy a small coin pack first, since tipping drains a wallet fast.
