How XloveCam credits, VIP and refunds work
XloveCam's help pages (checked October 2026) say paid services are paid from a prepaid e-wallet, topped up by card or, in some countries, by phone or SMS. There are no recurring charges for credits. The exception is per-model VIP subscriptions, which are deducted monthly and stopped with a Stop rebill option. Once you have added credits, you can message any performer for free. Logged-in members also get one free VIP video a day.
The terms say credits cannot be refunded unless you ask within 14 days of your first top-up and have not spent any. The site may ask for ID if it suspects fraud. The help pages cite more than 100,000 registered performers, and the site is available in several European languages.
XloveCam compared with Stripchat and CamSoda
Stripchat and CamSoda both run on tokens and have more interactive extras. XloveCam's prepaid wallet, model-by-model rates and sneak peek make spending easier to control, and its European focus suits viewers who want French- or Spanish-speaking performers.
XloveCam alternatives
If XloveCam is not quite right, compare a few cam sites. Our Amateur TV review covers another European-rooted site with free rooms, the Flirtbate review looks at a newer platform, and the Stripchat review covers the largest token site.
Our take on XloveCam
XloveCam makes it easy to start: no sign-up to watch, clear model rates and a sneak peek to avoid wasted credits. The interface is busy with promotions, but the basics work. If you want a companion who is always available and remembers you, AI Angels offers a flat-subscription alternative.
Is XloveCam safe?
XloveCam says connections are encrypted and that free viewing needs no personal details. Where the law requires it, it uses a quick third-party age check. The usual cam-site risk is spending: private shows bill per minute until your credits run out, so buy small packs and keep track of what you spend.
